Job Title:
IT Manager - QSR Industry
We are seeking an experienced IT Manager with a strong background in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry. Candidates must have hands-on experience supporting IT operations for QSR / fast-food restaurant chains.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain IT systems across multiple QSR outlets Oversee cloud-based systems and ensure availability, security, and performance Handle POS systems, kitchen display systems (KDS), and store-level hardware Manage web-based systems and internal web applications Coordinate with vendors and service providers Support new store openings, upgrades, and daily IT operations Ensure data security, backups, and system compliance
Requirements:
Proven experience as an IT Manager or similar role in the QSR / fast-food industry only Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, or similar) Experience in web development or managing web platforms Hands-on experience with POS systems used in QSR operations Experience managing IT for multiple restaurant locations Strong troubleshooting, leadership, and communication skills
