Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced

IT Manager

to oversee and manage the hospital's IT systems, ensuring reliable, secure, and efficient support for clinical and administrative operations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain the hospital's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, systems, and hardware Ensure security, and performance of hospital IT systems Support clinical systems such as HIS, EMR/EHR, PACS, LIS, and other healthcare applications Oversee data security, backups, disaster recovery, and compliance with healthcare standards Manage IT vendors, service providers, and contracts Lead and support the IT team, including task allocation and performance monitoring Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues promptly to minimize operational disruption Provide IT support and training to hospital staff Prepare IT reports, documentation, and budgets as required

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. Minimum

5 years' experience as

IT Manager or Senior IT role (hospital or healthcare experience preferred) Experience with hospital information systems is highly desirable Willingness to relocate and work in Nauru Network administration and cybersecurity Hospital Information Systems (HIS), EMR/EHR and (PMS) and POS systems.
