Responsibilities
1.Supervising daily operations of network and server infrastructure
2.Take responsibility for daily IT requirements across the company
3.Evaluating risk, developing network recovery and backup processes
4.Responsible for the day to day management of the IT security
5.Ensure & Implementing security of the network, data , backup systems and its storage and communication systems
6.Assuring that IT activities are within the limits of applicable laws, codes and regulations.
7.Testing, troubleshooting and adjusting information systems to operate effectively.
8.Manage IT Licensing requirements.
9.Monitor and maintain IT assets and information security.
10.Assessing and purchasing new and replacement hardware
11.Ensure delivery of hardware, software and all other IT equipment for business requirements in a timely manner.
12.Manage and coordinate with external providers for support, testing and project managing upgrades
Requirements
1.A minimum of 5-6 years' experience in a similar IT Manager role.
2.Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of computer hardware/software systems/ shared Folders systems.
3.Experience of working with MS SQL databases.
4.Experience of working with Power BI Reports & other BI solutions.
5.Strong knowledge and understanding of Office 365 suite.
6.Experience of developing a high performing team from recruitment to investing in their capability, motivation, and support.
7.Fluent English language, both verbal and written.
8.Willingness to enhance individual knowledge in areas of development.
9.Experience within a Manufacturing business or similar.
10.Able to build and maintain effective relationship and influence senior stakeholders.High level of interpersonal and communication skills .Able to take the initiative especially when troubleshooting problems.
11.Skilled people manager with experience of managing a team
