Job Title: IT /ERP Support Executive

Location: Sharjah, UAE

Department: IT / ERP Support

Work Type: Full-time, Shift-based role (candidate must be open to work in shifts)

Age: Below 30

Job Purpose:

The IT Support Executive will be responsible for providing day-to-day operational support for ERP systems (Oracle NetSuite, Salesforce) and other business applications. This role ensures smooth functioning of IT systems, assists end-users, and supports implementation, maintenance, and optimization activities.

Key Responsibilities:

o Assist in the daily monitoring, configuration, and maintenance of ERP systems (Oracle NetSuite, Salesforce) to ensure stability and performance.

o Provide first-level support to users, resolve technical issues, manage user accounts, and assist in user training sessions.

o Log, track, and resolve system issues within SLA timelines. Escalate complex issues to higher-level support or vendors when needed.

o Support data entry, integrity checks, and report generation to ensure accuracy and consistency across systems.

o Participate in ERP upgrades, testing, and system integrations under guidance from the IT Support Team Leader.

o Maintain detailed documentation of incidents, solutions, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

o Adhere to IT security policies and data protection guidelines in all operational activities.

o Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML.

o Knowledge of Operational Aviation systems like Cargoflash, Leon & AMOS will be an advantage.

Qualifications & Skills:

o Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field.

o 2- 3 years of experience in IT support or ERP-related roles (Oracle NetSuite/Salesforce preferred).

o Understanding of business processes in Finance, HR, Operations, or Supply Chain is an advantage.

o Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

o Willingness to work in rotational shifts (including nights, weekends, or holidays as needed).
