We are seeking a skilled and proactive Technical Support Specialist to manage, support, and maintain Sage and Odoo ERP systems, including the migration process from Sage to Odoo. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, problem-solving abilities, and a proven track record in ERP implementation and support.
echnical Support & Maintenance
Provide end-user support for Sage and Odoo ERP systems, troubleshooting issues, and resolving them promptly.
Perform regular system checks, updates, and backups to ensure ERP systems run efficiently and securely.
Develop and deliver training to employees on ERP usage and best practices.
Migration from Sage to Odoo
Plan, coordinate, and execute the migration of all business data, modules, and processes from Sage to Odoo.
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure a seamless migration process with minimal disruption to operations.
Validate data accuracy and integrity during and after migration.
Customizations & Enhancements
Configure and customize Odoo modules to align with company requirements, including finance, HR, inventory, and project management modules.
Create or modify reports and dashboards to support business decision-making.
Ensure system scalability to support future organizational growth.
System Integration
Integrate Odoo with other business tools and applications used within the organization.
Ensure proper functionality and communication between integrated systems.
Documentation & Reporting
Document all migration steps, system configurations, and troubleshooting guides.
Maintain records of system changes, upgrades, and incidents for future reference.
We are looking for an experienced ERP Specialist / IT Person with strong hands-on experience in Odoo ERP to manage and support all modules across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage, customize, and maintain Odoo ERP across all modules: Accounting, Purchase, Sales, Manufacturing, HR, and Inventory
Gather ERP-related queries from all departments and provide timely resolutions
Work closely with department heads to understand workflow requirements and improve ERP processes
Provide user training and technical support when needed
Requirements:
Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience with Odoo ERP
Deep knowledge of all Odoo modules
Strong understanding of business processes in Accounting, HR, Sales, Inventory, etc.
Proactive in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
Ability to manage multiple ERP-related requests and deliver results on time
