Job Description

We are seeking a multi-talented, tech-savvy individual who can take charge of our internal IT setup, manage digital operations, and bring automation and creativity through the use of AI tools. From setting up systems and email accounts to managing social media and navigating Zoho Books -- you will be the go-to tech expert. Your ability to leverage AI tools for productivity, content creation, and data analysis will be a key asset in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

? IT Setup & Support

- Set up and manage email accounts for staff across platforms (Zoho Mail, Outlook, Gmail).

- Configure and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, software, and peripherals.

- Set up and maintain systems and, if needed, a local server to support internal operations.

- Ensure smooth onboarding of new devices and user accounts.

? Business Software & Zoho Books

- Navigate Zoho Books to create user profiles and assist with billing and expense tracking.

- Train staff on key features and provide support as needed.

- Optimize workflows using Zoho integrations.

? Social Media Management

- Manage and update the company's social media profiles (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn).

- Create engaging posts highlighting completed projects, company updates, and milestones.

- Monitor social performance and increase reach and engagement.

? AI Tool Integration

- Expertly use AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Mid journey, Canva AI, Notion AI, etc.) for:

Content creation (social media posts, internal documentation, templates),

Process automation, Data summarization and analysis

- Keep the team updated on the latest AI tools and trends to improve business productivity.

? Web Scraping & Data Automation

- Use scraping tools or write scripts to collect useful market or competitor data.

- Organize, clean, and present data to internal teams for decision-making.

Preferred Qualifications:

? Degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, Digital Marketing, or a related field.

? Experience in a cross-functional technical + creative role is a plus.

? Basic graphic design skills (Canva or Adobe tools) are an advantage.
