not just on Google search, but also across AI-driven discovery tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, and others

Key Responsibilities:

SEO (Search Engine Optimization)

Conduct

deep keyword research

tailored to our industry and local Dubai market. Optimize our

entire WordPress website

structure and content for: Google's algorithm (organic rankings) Local SEO & Google Maps (especially for "storage Dubai" and related terms) AI tools like ChatGPT and Gemini to

increase discoverability in AI chat recommendations

Continuously analyze and improve:

Click-through rate (CTR)

Bounce rate

Time on page

Conversion rate

(visitor to inquiry)

Google My Business (GMB)

Fully optimize and manage our

Google Business Profile

Get us featured in the

"Top 3 pack"

for storage-related searches in Dubai Increase

reviews, citations, and backlinks

to boost local rankings

Google Ads (PPC & Display Campaigns)

Plan, launch, and manage: High-converting

Google Search ads

Targeted

Display Network ads

Remarketing ads

for site visitors and past customers Continuously improve

Cost per Acquisition (CPA)

and

ROAS (Return on Ad Spend)

Write high-performing ad copy that appeals to local UAE audiences and expats

AI Discoverability & Content Strategy

Use tools like

ChatGPT, Gemini, Jasper, SurferSEO, Frase, etc.

to: Structure content to be

AI-search friendly

Create

answer-focused content

for AI recommendations (e.g. "Best storage companies in Dubai") Leverage structured data, FAQ schema, and JSON-LD for AI parsing Guide our team on how to

optimize blog posts, landing pages, and web content

so AI tools can crawl and recommend us

Landing Pages & Web Analytics

Build and optimize

landing pages

in WordPress or Elementor Run

A/B tests

to increase conversions Analyze user behavior (e.g. scroll depth, CTA clicks) Provide monthly

SEO & Ads performance reports

with insights and action items

Requirements:

Minimum

3 years of hands-on experience

in SEO and Google Ads Strong command of

Google Analytics, Google Ads, GSC, Tag Manager

Solid understanding of

WordPress

, Elementor (or other builders) Proven success in ranking sites and managing ad budgets profitably Familiar with

AI tools

used in content strategy and automation Excellent English communication and copywriting skills

Bonus Points If You Have:

Experience in the

storage or logistics industry

Experience targeting

expats, business users, and residents in the UAE

Basic design or video editing for display ads Knowledge of
