The IT & Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for managing and maintaining the company's website and mobile applications, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. The role also involves planning and executing paid advertising campaigns across various digital platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, Snapchat, etc.), while supporting the development of digital strategies to increase online presence and boost sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain the company website and mobile applications, resolving technical issues promptly.
Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Snapchat Ads.
Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to achieve company goals and maximize ROI.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and other tracking tools, providing detailed reports.
Improve SEO to increase website visibility and traffic.
Provide technical solutions to enhance customer experience (payment systems, API integrations, etc.).
Ensure data protection and information security.
Propose and implement new ideas to enhance digital performance and drive online sales.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in the UAE managing paid advertising campaigns (especially Google Ads & Meta Ads).
Strong knowledge of digital advertising platforms and analytics tools.
Experience with website management (WordPress, Shopify, or similar CMS).
Good understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, and Ads Manager.
Experience managing and maintaining mobile applications.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
