About the Role:

As an IT cum Marketing Specialist, you will oversee digital marketing campaigns, website management, and IT support to ensure seamless operations and brand visibility. Your expertise will help Everbloom grow through strategic online engagement and technological efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement digital marketing strategies, including social media, SEO, and content creation. Manage the company's website, e-commerce platform, and digital assets. Oversee IT systems, troubleshoot technical issues, and support software solutions. Analyze customer engagement metrics to optimize marketing efforts. Design creative promotional campaigns that align with brand identity. Collaborate with teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing and IT initiatives.

What We're Looking For:

Experience in digital marketing, social media management, and IT support. Strong understanding of website management, SEO, and online advertising. Proficiency in graphic design and content creation tools is a plus. Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns for customer engagement. Problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced boutique environment.
