We are looking for a proactive and dedicated IT Support & Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and maintaining the company's IT systems, ensuring smooth operation, and providing timely technical support. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills, and a passion for helping others with their technical needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and update the company website, ensuring content is current, accessible, and optimized for SEO.
Run PPC (Pay-Per-Click) campaigns to drive traffic and generate leads.
Provide daily SEO updates and performance reports to the Marketing Head.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement effective digital marketing strategies to support company growth.
Provide technical support to staff, troubleshooting and resolving IT issues promptly.
Set up and configure laptops, desktops, printers, and other office devices.
Ensure the smooth operation of IT systems, networks, and software across the company.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to both hardware and software.
Oversee and manage real estate-specific IT systems and platforms to ensure efficient operation.
Utilize expertise in website development, SEO, and PPC to enhance online visibility and business performance.
Work closely with internal teams to support and enhance company-wide IT infrastructure and digital presence.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience in IT support and system maintenance.
Expertise in hardware/software troubleshooting and configuration.
Basic knowledge of web management systems.
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the real estate sector.
Familiarity with biometric systems and CRM platforms.
