Key Responsibilities:
Call Center executive:
Handle inbound and outbound calls to patients, ensuring a professional and courteous experience.
Provide accurate information regarding medical services, appointments, and inquiries.
Schedule and confirm patient appointments and follow up on missed or pending appointments.
Address patient concerns and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction
Marketing Support:
Assist in creating and implementing marketing campaigns to promote services offered by the medical center.
Develop content for social media platforms, newsletters, and promotional materials.
Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing strategies and campaigns.
Work closely with the marketing team to enhance the center's digital presence.
Organize and participate in promotional events and patient education programs.
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years in a call center or customer service role, with experience in the healthcare or medical sector being a plus.
Languages:
Fluent in Arabic and English (both written and spoken).
Technical Skills:
Social media platform, Microsoft Excel
