Job Title: Invoicing Clerk Location: Abu Dhabi Salary Range: AED 2500 - AED 4000 (Based on Experience) About Us: E20 Investment LTD is a dynamic and growing agricultural investment company based in Abu Dhabi. Position Overview:We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Invoicing Clerk to join our finance team. The Invoicing Clerk will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely invoicing processes, contributing to the overall financial efficiency of the organization. Responsibilities:
- Generate and process invoices in a timely manner.
- Verify and reconcile customer accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies.
- Maintain and update invoicing records and documentation.
- Assist in month-end closing activities.
- Proven experience as an Invoicing Clerk or similar role.
- Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients.
- BCom / Bachelors
- Additional certification in Accounting or Finance is a plus.
- Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- Invoicing Clerk: 1 year (Required)
