Role Overview
As an
Investment Real Estate Sales Advisor
, you will play a key role in guiding clients through Abu Dhabi's dynamic property market. You'll provide expert investment advice, build long-term relationships, and deliver exceptional service to help clients achieve their financial and lifestyle goals.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the investment property sector.
Advise clients on property options, market trends, and investment strategies.
Conduct property viewings, negotiations, and close transactions.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Abu Dhabi's real estate market, regulations, and investment opportunities.
Build and manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless client experiences.
Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience in real estate sales, preferably in investment properties.
Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi's property market.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and client-focused.
Fluency in English required; Arabic or other languages are an advantage.
UAE driving license preferred.
