As an Investment Real Estate Advisor, you will serve as a strategic partner to clients seeking to grow their wealth through property investments. This role demands a deep understanding of market dynamics, financial modeling, and the ability to match clients with high-yield opportunities across residential, commercial, and off-plan sectors.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and present investment-grade properties to local and international clients
Analyze market trends, rental yields, capital appreciation, and ROI metrics
Guide clients through the full investment cycle--from acquisition to exit strategy
Build and maintain long-term relationships with investors, developers, and financial institutions
Conduct property tours, investment briefings, and portfolio reviews
Collaborate with legal, mortgage, and marketing teams to facilitate seamless transactions
Stay informed on regulatory changes, tax implications, and global investment flows
Qualifications
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in real estate investment advisory or brokerage
Strong financial acumen and ability to interpret investment data
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Fluent in English; additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, or Mandarin are advantageous
UAE driving license preferred
RERA or equivalent certification is a plus
