Key Responsibilities:
Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders
Accurately log received goods into the inventory system
Label and store products according to company guidelines
Communicate with suppliers to resolve any discrepancies or damaged items
Maintain thorough records of deliveries, invoices, and inspection reports
Conduct periodic stock checks and support inventory audits
Use inventory management software and Excel to monitor stock levels
Ensure receiving and storage areas are clean, organized, and safe
Qualifications & Skills:
High school diploma required; qualifications in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field is a plus
At least 1 year of experience in receiving or inventory roles, preferably within FMCG
Knowledge of accounting basics
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with inventory tracking systems
Detail-oriented, well-organized, and an excellent communicator
Able to handle multiple tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
