Customer Service Agent - Retail Hypermarket
Job Location : Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates
Requirements :

  • A strong customer service orientation with a natural ability to connect and engage with others.
  • Fluency in both English and Arabic, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • 2 years experience in a similar role (experience in the FMCG or retail industry is a plus).
  • Comfortable with professional telephone communication, maintaining a courteous and professional tone.
  • A good understanding of business and sales, always keeping customer satisfaction in mind.
  • A dynamic, results-driven personality who can thrive under pressure while maintaining a calm, positive attitude.
