Key Responsibilities:

Receive and inspect incoming goods, verifying quantity and condition against purchase orders Record all received items accurately in the inventory system Label and store products according to company standards Communicate with vendors to resolve discrepancies or damaged goods Maintain clear documentation of deliveries, invoices, and inspection reports Conduct regular stock checks and assist with inventory audits Utilize inventory software and Excel to track and report stock levels Keep receiving and storage areas organized, clean, and safe
Qualifications & Skills:

High school diploma required; a degree in

Accounting, Business Administration

, or related field is a plus Minimum 1 year experience in

receiving or inventory management

in FMCG preferred Solid understanding of

accounting concepts

Proficient in

Microsoft Excel

and familiar with inventory systems Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication skills Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced work environment
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,600.00 - AED1,800.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:
