Are you reliable, detail-oriented, and experienced in inventory management? We're seeking an
Inventory Receiver
to join our dynamic operations team. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in ensuring accurate inventory records, receiving incoming goods, and supporting the seamless movement of products within our supply chain. Candidates with a background in FMCG and knowledge of basic accounting principles are especially encouraged to apply.
What You'll Do:
Receive and inspect incoming shipments to ensure accuracy with purchase orders
Record received items into the inventory system with precision
Label and store items following company procedures
Liaise with suppliers to address shipment issues or discrepancies
Keep thorough records of deliveries, invoices, and inspection documentation
Assist with routine stock checks and inventory audits
Utilize inventory software and Excel to track and manage stock levels
Maintain clean, organized, and safe receiving/storage areas
What We're Looking For:
High school diploma required; additional qualifications in Accounting, Business Administration, or similar fields are a plus
Minimum of 1 year's experience in inventory or receiving roles, preferably in the FMCG sector
Strong understanding of basic accounting practices
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and experienced with inventory systems
Detail-focused, organized, and an effective communicator
Able to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED1,700.00 - AED1,800.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
