❗Monitor the current inventory levels of all outlets under the group.
❗Maintain adequate inventory level to meet customer demand. Set optimal stock level for each outlet.
❗Analyse stock holding days of each outlets and steps taken to control/minimize stock holding days.
❗Conducting physical stock taking in outlets, arrive variances and identify the reason for variance.
