Job Description
Urgently in need a Maintenance Engineer In-charge for a Hotel in Sharjah- who can join immediately with Experience in Hotel Industry is an advantage. Duties & Responsibilities :
- Developing maintenance procedures and ensuring implementation of work.
- Carrying out of the facilities to identify and resolve issues.
- Checking electrical and hydraulic system of buildings to ensure functionality.
- Planning and oversee all repair and installation activities in the hotel & staff accommodation.
- Allocating workload, managing maintenance staff (daily activities).
- Monitoring equipment inventory and placing orders to purchasing department.
- Monitoring expenses and controlling the budget for maintenance.
- Managing relationships with contractors and service providers.
- Keeping maintenance logs and report on daily activities.Ensuring health and safety policies are complied.
- Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- Bachelor\'s (Preferred)
- In-charge: 2 years (Preferred)
- english (Preferred)
