Overseas Distribution Company

is looking for a

proactive and detail-oriented Inventory Controller

to oversee our stock operations through

online data analysis

, ensuring seamless coordination between

Dubai and Antwerp

. You will play a key role in optimizing inventory performance while also monitoring financial aspects related to stock management.

As Inventory Controller, you'll be responsible for:

Monitor and manage inventory across

Dubai and Antwerp

, focusing on optimizing

Net Stock Days

. Analyze

stock performance and trends

to maintain

healthy inventory levels

. Oversee

online inventory tracking

and ensure accuracy in

stock reporting and financial data

. Identify

cost-saving opportunities

and improve

inventory turnover

. Manage and report on

slow-moving stock

, taking proactive actions to reduce financial risk. Act as a key link between teams in

Belgium and Dubai

, aligning

inventory, supply chain, and financial planning

. Take ownership of

inventory performance

, ensuring efficient stock control and financial accountability.
What makes you the ideal candidate?

Proven experience in a similar

Inventory Controller role

- this must be part of your current responsibilities. A solid background in

inventory management, supply chain, or related financial oversight

. Strong

analytical and problem-solving skills

- with experience using stock KPIs like Net Stock Days and slow-mover analysis. Excellent

communication skills in English

(written and verbal). A

proactive mindset

and the ability to coordinate with international teams. Experience in a

logistics, FMCG, or distribution environment

is a strong advantage.
