Assess clients' travel purposes and eligibility for visas across multiple countries
Provide accurate, up-to-date information on visa requirements, documentation, timelines, and fees for various destinations
Recommend suitable visa categories based on client profiles and travel plans
Assist clients in completing visa application forms correctly and efficiently
Review and verify supporting documents to ensure compliance with embassy and consulate requirements
Guide clients through appointment scheduling, biometrics, and interview preparation where required
Maintain knowledge of changing immigration laws, visa policies, and country-specific regulations
Coordinate with embassies, consulates, VFS/third-party centers, and airline partners when necessary
Track application status and provide timely updates to clients
Handle client queries professionally and manage expectations regarding approval timelines and outcomes
Ensure ethical practices, transparency, and compliance with immigration laws
Maintain accurate client records and documentation confidentiality
Achieve sales targets while delivering high-quality customer service
Upsell relevant services (travel insurance, documentation support, expedited services) where appropriate
