Job Summary:

Pluto Travels is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused

Outbound Visa Consultant

to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding clients through the visa application process for outbound travel (tourism, business, student, work visas, etc.) and ensuring all documentation and procedures are completed accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide expert consultation and advice to clients regarding outbound visa requirements for various countries (Schengen, UK, USA, Canada, Australia, etc.). Review client documents to ensure completeness and compliance with the requirements of respective embassies/consulates. Assist clients in preparing visa application forms, cover letters, itineraries, and other required documents. Schedule appointments for biometric submissions and visa interviews. Maintain up-to-date knowledge on visa rules, embassy updates, and document checklists. Coordinate with embassies, consulates, and application centers for smooth processing. Handle customer queries, concerns, and provide timely updates regarding their visa status. Follow up on pending cases and manage all records in CRM or database systems. Stay updated on travel advisories and ensure clients are informed accordingly. Provide support in travel insurance and flight/hotel booking if required.

Requirements:

Proven experience (1-3 years) as a Visa Consultant or in a similar role in the travel/immigration industry. In-depth knowledge of visa processes and documentation for major outbound destinations. Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal). Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and visa processing software (where applicable). Multilingual ability is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Tourism, International Relations, Business, or related field. Certification in travel or immigration consultancy is an advantage.
