Position Overview:
Travel & Visa Consultant (UAE Visa Expertise)
Are you an experienced visa consultant with strong knowledge of the UAE visa system? Join our dynamic team and help clients with their travel and visa needs efficiently and professionally.
Responsibilities:
Assist clients with all types of UAE visa applications (Tourist, Visit, Employment, Family, etc.)
Handle document verification, application submission, and follow-up with immigration authorities
Provide accurate and updated information regarding UAE visa rules and regulations
Coordinate with PROs and government entities for timely processing
Maintain client records and ensure confidentiality
Stay updated on immigration laws and ensure compliance
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in UAE visa processing (mandatory)
Familiarity with immigration systems and visa portals (GDRFA, ICA, etc.)
Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
Attention to detail and excellent customer service skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
