Key Responsibilities
Advise clients on international real estate opportunities, including residential, commercial, and investment properties across key global markets.
Provide detailed market insights, investment analyses, and comparative evaluations for international property options.
Manage the full sales cycle for international transactions, from lead qualification to deal closure.
Coordinate with global developers, partner agencies, and international property networks to source exclusive listings.
Prepare investment proposals, financial projections, and tailored recommendations for clients exploring overseas markets.
Ensure compliance with international property regulations, documentation requirements, and cross?border transaction standards.
Maintain up?to?date knowledge of global real estate trends, emerging markets, and international investment strategies.
Represent Metropolitan Capital Real Estate at international property exhibitions, roadshows, and networking events.
Collaborate with internal teams to support marketing initiatives, client engagement, and business development activities.
Qualifications and Skills
Proven experience in international real estate sales, investment advisory, or global property consultancy.
Strong understanding of international market dynamics, investment analysis, and cross?border transaction processes.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client?relationship management skills.
