Role Overview

We are seeking a globally minded and client-focused International Property Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone with experience working with international buyers and investors, strong cross-cultural communication skills, and deep knowledge of the UAE property market. You will be responsible for guiding overseas clients through property transactions, offering market insights, and ensuring a seamless experience from inquiry to closing.

Key Responsibilities

Assist international clients in buying, selling, and renting properties in Abu Dhabi Conduct virtual and in-person property viewings and consultations Provide expert advice on market trends, legal procedures, and investment opportunities Build and maintain relationships with global clients, developers, and referral partners Coordinate with legal, finance, and marketing teams to support client needs Translate and explain contracts and documentation when required Use CRM systems to manage leads, interactions, and transaction records Achieve monthly performance targets and contribute to team growth
Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience in international real estate sales or consulting Strong understanding of the UAE property market and global investment trends Excellent communication and negotiation skills Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Russian, Chinese, French, German) are a strong advantage UAE driving license and own vehicle preferred Proficiency with CRM platforms and digital communication tools Professional demeanor, self-motivated, and culturally aware
