Key Responsibilities

Advise international clients on property investment opportunities in Abu Dhabi and other global markets Facilitate cross-border property transactions, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations Build and maintain relationships with overseas investors, developers, and real estate partners Conduct market research and provide insights on global property trends, pricing, and investment strategies Coordinate property viewings, virtual tours, and client meetings across time zones Collaborate with marketing and legal teams to prepare promotional materials and transaction documentation Represent the company at international property exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events
Qualifications and Skills

Minimum 3 years of experience in international real estate sales or consultancy Strong understanding of global property markets and investment dynamics Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in English; additional languages are a plus Proven ability to manage complex transactions and work with diverse clientele Familiarity with legal and financial aspects of international property deals Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle preferred RERA or equivalent certification is an advantage
