Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and experienced International Property Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate sales, a global perspective, and the ability to build lasting relationships with international clients. This role involves guiding clients through property transactions, offering investment advice, and representing the company in international markets.

Key Responsibilities

Manage relationships with international clients and investors Advise clients on property acquisitions, sales, and leasing in Abu Dhabi Conduct market analysis and stay informed on global real estate trends Coordinate with legal, financial, and administrative teams to ensure smooth transactions Represent the company at international property exhibitions and networking events Prepare investment proposals and presentations tailored to client needs Maintain accurate records of client interactions and property listings
Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably with international exposure Strong knowledge of UAE property laws and investment procedures Excellent communication and negotiation skills Fluency in English; additional languages such as Russian, Chinese, or Arabic are advantageous Professional appearance and client-focused attitude Ability to work independently and within a multicultural team UAE driving license preferred
