Role Overview:

We're seeking a globally minded and results-driven International Property Specialist to join our elite team. This role focuses on advising international clients, promoting cross-border property investments, and expanding our global reach in the real estate market.

Key Responsibilities:

Advise international clients on property purchases, sales, and investments in Abu Dhabi and other UAE markets Provide expert guidance on legal procedures, residency options, and investment benefits Build and maintain relationships with overseas investors, relocation agencies, and global partners Coordinate virtual property tours, presentations, and remote transactions Stay informed on international market trends, currency impacts, and global buyer behavior Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop campaigns targeting foreign investors Represent the company at international expos, webinars, and networking events

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in international real estate or investment advisory Strong understanding of UAE property laws and global investment trends Excellent communication and negotiation skills across cultures Fluent in English (additional languages such as Russian, Mandarin, or Arabic are a plus) Familiarity with CRM systems and international property platforms UAE driving license and own vehicle preferred Professional, proactive, and culturally aware
