JOB OBJECTIVES
Assist in Procurement Processes: Support the procurement team in sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing materials and services required for the company's operations.
Supplier Management: Help qualification process of suppliers as per company policies and procedures
Order Processing: Assist in the preparation and processing of purchase orders and ensure accurate documentation and record-keeping.
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their capabilities for the identified requirements
Cost Analysis: Assist in analyzing costs and preparing reports to support decision-making processes.
Compliance: Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the procurement team, including data entry and correspondence.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
To understand and adherence to the current regulatory requirements applicable to the areas of responsibilities.
Reporting of near misses, incidents, hazards & injuries to line Manager within the time frame as required by QHSE policy and Manuals.
Strict adherence and compliance towards Group HSSE Charter & MAESTRO requirement and affiliate's HSSEQ Policy, Procedures & specific rules & regulations applicable to the area of activity always.
Participate in the investigation and analysis of incidents as and when required.
Strict adherence to QHSE requirements with full authority to stop any operation for safety reasons.
Ensure full adherence to the company's compliance program, its policies and procedures including economic sanctions and export control in all professional activities.
Promptly notify the compliance officer/economic sanctions referent of any instances of noncompliance or violations of economic sanctions or export control that comes to your attention.
Profil du candidat
Knowledge:
Proficient in MS Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Know-how on Power BI dashboards creation is an added advantage.
Skills:
Creative and motivated
organized, skills for planning and independently carrying out the job
English language proficiency
Analytical skills
Experience:
Not essentially required however internships in similar role would be an advantage.
Education:
Bachelor's Degree, preferably from the following disciplines: Engineering, Manufacturing, Procurement and Supply Chain Management.
