Prepare and process purchase orders in a timely and accurate manner.
Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments to ensure timely delivery of goods.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
Bachelor's degree preferred.
1-2 years of experience in a purchasing or procurement role (REAL ESTATE)
Good communication and negotiation skills.
