Position Overview
Jumeirah Group is seeking a motivated Human Resources Intern to support the HR team across its prestigious properties in Dubai. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain practical experience in luxury hospitality HR operations, employee engagement, and administrative processes.
What You'll Do

• Provide candidates and colleagues with a professional, welcoming experience during HR interactions.
• Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, wellness programs, and HR-driven events.
• Manage administrative tasks, including maintaining employee records and preparing HR reports.
• Support internal communication initiatives and assist with HR system updates.
• Promote company policies and ensure confidentiality across all HR operations.
• Collaborate with the HR team on recruitment, onboarding, and training activities.

Ideal Profile

• Current student or recent graduate in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Prior internship experience in a 5-star luxury hotel or hospitality setting is an advantage.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of an additional language is desirable.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with attention to detail.
• Available to start in August.
