About the Job

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a

Human Resources Executive to join Jumeirah Gulf of Bahrain.


The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:

Responsible for all property Learning + Development administrative activities Supports the delivery and execution of Learning + Development initiatives Responsible for supporting any property or department specific training need as approved by the Learning + Development leader Supports the Learning Needs Analysis and Learning Audit initiatives for the property Drive and manage colleague engagement events, recognition schemes, and CSR initiatives, including the "Spirit of Jumeirah awards" and Colleague of the Month/Year programs.

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality or Human Resources Business studies and/or Business English qualifications 3-5 years+ experience in training, preferably from Hospitality Industry
