Guide and supervise workshop labor and ensure smooth workflow.
Read and understand AutoCAD drawings for production and installation.
Supervise site labor, manage installation work, and ensure quality standards.
Communicate with clients when required and coordinate project details.
Manage materials, timelines, and daily work progress.
Prepare daily reports and update management.
Requirements:
2-3 years of UAE experience in the interior fit-out and joinery field is a strong advantage.
Minimum 3-5 years overall experience in joinery & fit-out supervision.
Strong ability to read and interpret AutoCAD drawings.
Ability to manage labor in both workshop and site environments.
Good communication skills in
English and Hindi
.
Client handling experience is an advantage.
UAE Driving License
is a plus.
India/Malayalam preferred
