We are hiring an experienced Interior Fit-Out Designer / Architect to join our dynamic team in Dubai!
We are seeking a talented and creative
Interior Fit-Out Designer / Architect
to take the lead in designing and overseeing the fit-out of residential mid to high-end villas, and commercial spaces.
Key Responsibilities:
Interior Design and Planning:
Develop detailed interior fit-out designs for a variety of projects, including office spaces, retail outlets, residential interiors, and hospitality venues.
Space Optimization:
Create innovative and practical space plans that maximize efficiency, comfort, and functionality.
Design Execution:
Prepare detailed floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings. Select materials, finishes, and furnishings in line with the client's vision and project requirements.
Project Management:
Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Client Interaction:
Engage with clients to understand their needs, presenting design concepts and ensuring alignment with their goals and preferences.
Compliance & Safety:
Ensure that all designs adhere to local building codes, and safety regulations in Dubai.
Budget & Cost Control:
Prepare cost estimates, track project expenses, and ensure the project stays within the allocated budget.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education:
Bachelor's in Architecture, or a related field.
Experience:
3+ years of experience in interior fit-out design or architecture, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous projects.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, Lumion, etc.).
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
Language:
Fluent in English.
