Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Estimator with expertise in kitchen countertop projects to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for kitchen tops, including quartz, porcelain, marble, granite, and other materials.

Key Responsibilities:

Review architectural drawings, site measurements, and client specifications. Prepare detailed cost estimates including material, fabrication, and installation costs. Coordinate with the sales, design, and production teams to ensure feasibility and accuracy of quotes. Maintain an updated database of material costs and suppliers. Send quotations to clients and follow up for approvals. Assist in value engineering and suggest material alternatives when required. Prepare cutting list and work closely with the draftsman and production team
Requirements:

Proven experience in estimation for kitchen countertops or the stone fabrication industry. Good knowledge of countertop materials (quartz, granite, porcelain, marble, etc.). Ability to read and understand technical drawings. Proficiency in MS Excel and other estimation tools. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus). Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:

Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field. Experience using AutoCAD or similar drafting software is an advantage.
