Experience Required: 2+ Years in UAE (Fit-out & Joinery Projects)
Key Responsibilities:
Review tender documents, drawings, specifications, and BOQs for interior fit-out and joinery projects.
Prepare accurate cost estimates for materials, labor, subcontractors, and overheads.
Take off quantities from drawings and prepare detailed BOQs.
Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations.
Analyze project risks, value engineering options, and propose cost-effective solutions.
Participate in technical and commercial bid preparations.
Coordinate with project and procurement teams to support ongoing and awarded projects.
Maintain an updated database of prices and rates in the UAE market.
Ensure timely submission of estimates and bids.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in estimation for interior fit-out and joinery projects in the UAE.
Strong knowledge of local market rates, materials, and suppliers.
Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and estimation software (e.g., Planswift, Candy, or similar).
Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Candidates must be available to join immediately or within 15 days.
