Key Responsibilities
Develop interior and exterior design concepts from initial layout to final execution.
Prepare detailed drawings, mood boards, material selections, and presentations.
Create high-quality 2D drawings and 3D visualizations (renders).
Coordinate with clients to understand requirements and provide design solutions.
Work closely with project managers, engineers, and site teams to ensure design accuracy.
Select materials, finishes, furniture, and landscape elements.
Conduct site visits and supervise design implementation when required.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Interior Design/Architecture or related field.
Minimum 5-7 years of experience in interior & exterior design (Qatar experience is an advantage).
Strong skills in AutoCAD, SketchUp/3D Max, V-Ray/Corona, Photoshop.
Good knowledge of materials, market trends, and construction details.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills
Landscape design exposure is a plus.
Creativity with strong attention to detail.
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
