exterior civil works
, ensuring timely, high-quality execution according to project specifications.
Key Responsibilities Interior Civil Works
Oversee all interior civil activities: partitions, plastering, tiling, ceilings, painting, doors, and internal fixtures.
Coordinate interior finishes in villas (living areas, bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, etc.).
Align works with architectural details and client specifications.
Coordinate with MEP teams to ensure proper integration inside villas.
Ensure high standards of finishing and quality control.
Exterior Civil Works
Supervise all external construction: building facades, waterproofing, roof works, boundary walls, landscaping, interlock, drainage, and manholes.
Ensure proper execution of site development works (driveways, walkways, hardscape elements).
Address site-level challenges and coordinate with consultants to resolve technical issues.
Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with structural and safety standards.
Qualifications
3-6 years of experience in villa/residential construction.
Proven experience handling both internal and external civil scopes.
Strong ability to read and interpret structural and architectural drawings.
Excellent organizational, communication, and site coordination skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience working with subcontractors and site teams in villa projects.
Attention to detail in finishing works.
Knowledge of local construction standards and safety regulations.
