We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Adviser to join our team at [Your Company Name], specializing in car interior services and Paint Protection Film (PPF) installations. As a Sales Adviser, you will play a key role in driving the growth of our business by engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, and recommending the best solutions for their vehicles. Your primary focus will be on building relationships with customers and delivering exceptional service, resulting in increased sales and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement & Consultation:

Greet customers and engage with them to understand their needs regarding car interior improvements and PPF services. Provide detailed product knowledge and recommendations on car interior services (e.g., upholstery, customizations, detailing) and PPF options (e.g., protection films for vehicle paint). Conduct consultations to assess customer requirements and offer tailored solutions.

Sales & Lead Generation:

Generate and follow up on leads to drive sales. Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company. Utilize both inbound and outbound sales strategies to engage prospective clients and convert them into loyal customers.

Product Knowledge & Upselling:

Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the car interior and PPF industries. Recommend additional services or upgrades based on the customer's needs and vehicle requirements.

Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Provide exceptional post-sales support and address any customer queries or concerns regarding the services provided.

Administrative Support:

Process sales orders and maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Assist with inventory tracking and manage the scheduling of appointments for service installations.

Requirements:

Proven experience in sales, ideally in the automotive, car detailing, or related industry. Strong understanding of car interior services (e.g., upholstery, detailing) and Paint Protection Film (PPF) applications. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. A customer-focused approach with a passion for providing high-quality service. Sales-driven and goal-oriented, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
