Position Overview

Core Duties

• Conduct field inspections and monitoring activities according to approved schedules
• Detect, report, and issue violations through official channels in compliance with regulations
• Verify validity of licenses and professional practices by reviewing documents and supporting papers
• Report safety-related violations immediately to the supervisor for necessary action
• Carry out inspections in response to complaints and prepare detailed reports on findings
• Educate violators about corrective actions and follow up on compliance during subsequent visits
• Utilize modern inspection technologies, including virtual inspector systems, to detect violations
• Participate in RTA committee meetings when required
• Ensure strict adherence to RTA's information security policies and confidentiality requirements
• Prepare and submit field visit reports including actions taken and corrective measures recommended

Candidate Requirements

• High school diploma (mandatory)
• No prior work experience required (training will be provided)
• Strong observational and documentation skills for inspection activities
• Ability to understand and apply regulations and compliance standards
• Good communication skills for coordinating with supervisors and educating entities
