The Civil Inspector will oversee and inspect high-rise towers and residential construction projects, ensuring compliance with project specifications, engineering standards, and safety regulations. This role requires proven UAE experience within a consultant firm environment and strong expertise in civil engineering.

Core Duties

• Conduct routine inspections on high-rise and residential construction sites to ensure compliance with approved drawings and project specifications
• Monitor construction activities to verify adherence to safety protocols and quality standards
• Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and site engineers to resolve technical discrepancies and issues
• Review and verify construction materials and workmanship for compliance with project requirements
• Document inspection results and prepare detailed reports for stakeholders and project management teams

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory)
• Proven experience as a Civil Inspector on high-rise tower and residential projects in the UAE
• Prior experience working in a consultant firm environment (mandatory)
• Strong understanding of UAE codes, standards, and construction practices
• Excellent communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills
