Job Description
One of our Construction and Mining equipment client is looking to hire an Inside Sales for Sharjah location with minimum 3 years of experience in spare parts, and equipment trading companies. Responsibilities:
- Make quotations as per sales requirement
- Quotation are sent on time
- Quotations are done as per RFQ & process
- Ensure all customer requirements are captured correctly
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Identify and assess customers\xe2\x80\x99 needs to achieve satisfaction
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Monthly sales data Analytics
- Respond to all the enquiries received online
- Generate sales from existing customers and help/support in closing deals
- Ensure that the sales orders are invoiced within a standard time from the receipt of inquiry
- Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth
- Oversee customer support processes and organize them to enhance customer satisfaction
- Develop service procedures, policies, and standards
- Adhere to and manage the approved budget
- Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Spare parts or Equipment trading: 3 years (Required)
