One of our Construction and Mining equipment client is looking to hire an Inside Sales for Sharjah location with minimum 3 years of experience in spare parts, and equipment trading companies. Responsibilities:
Make quotations as per sales requirement
Quotation are sent on time
Quotations are done as per RFQ & process
Ensure all customer requirements are captured correctly
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
Identify and assess customers\xe2\x80\x99 needs to achieve satisfaction
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
Monthly sales data Analytics
Respond to all the enquiries received online
Generate sales from existing customers and help/support in closing deals
Ensure that the sales orders are invoiced within a standard time from the receipt of inquiry
Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth
Oversee customer support processes and organize them to enhance customer satisfaction
Develop service procedures, policies, and standards
Adhere to and manage the approved budget
Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
