Job Description

The Inside Sales Agent is the first point of contact for any person considering doing business with Yellowbird, making it one of the most important positions in our office. The ideal candidate for this position would be a motivated, self-starter, who is results-driven. The Inside Sales Agent needs to be flexible, adaptable, and growth oriented within the fast-paced environment of our business. This person is expected to build a relationship with each client and sell them on why they should be working with Yellowbird. The Inside Sales Agent should also possess strong problem-solving skills in order to point the clients in the right direction. This person will prospect for new clients, daily from various inbound and outbound lead sources. Responsibilities:

• First point of contact for all incoming and existing leads
• Build trust and rapport with clients and provide them with the best solution for their current situation
• Qualify leads and set appointments for Yellowbird agents
• Manage Salesforce CRM to keep leads organized and current
• Prospect for new clients on a daily basis
• Participate in weekly Sales training
• Consistently prospect for new business and follow up with leads

Qualifications:

• Sales experience preferred
• Strong willingness and comfort level to spend 80 percent plus of the workday on the phone
• Must have great attention to detail and high level accuracy with documentation
• Goal driven
• Webcam required for this position, as well as an internet connection.
