This position is responsible for supporting aftermarket Sales and Sales manager of our products and services to customers.
Engage with related departments (Engineering / QC / SC / Commissioning /M Field services) as necessary & assist in creating proposals on new products
Prepare Price list & pricing agreements for customers
Confers with customers and engineers to assess equipment needs, and to determine system requirements.
Collaborates with sales teams to understand customer requirements, to promote the sale of company products, and to provide sales support.
Setting of prices in SAP & other Sap sales functions related to part no’s
Is timely and prepared in attending scheduled LeTourneau meetings.
Develops, presents, or responds to proposals for specific customer requirements, including request for proposal responses and industry-specific solutions.
Assist to resolve accounts receivable issues or disputes.
Reports customer or industry trends back to the sales team and organization.
Coordinate input from LeTourneau manufacturing locations and vendors
Provides support to aftermarket Sales Representatives
Manage contract review at time of order placement with proper documentation per LeTourneau’s policies and procedures
Work with KLET related team for preparing KLET bid against clients tenders / inquires.
Assist Project Management upon order receipt for Project Order
Participate in and/or Coordinate Kick Off Meetings
Help gather and analyze data from product and account managers to help forecast for manufacturing plants.
Ensures that LeTourneau's standard terms and conditions are accepted by the customer, or that non-standard terms and conditions have the approval per BU's.
Sets and evaluates performance goals and objectives for subordinates.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
MRP / ERP software experience preferred.
Proficient in MS windows and MS Project.
Ability to speak effectively with customers, vendors and employees at all level within the organization
Strong organizational skills
Fluency in English Language to read, write and speak is a must, fluency in other languages will be an advantage.
Proficiency in technical reading and writing.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering specializing in offshore / marine / Mechanical or Electrical.
SAP experience will be an advantage
Minimum five to six years relevant experience in a inside sales position.
Or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Offshore / Marine experience will be an advantage.
