What you will do

As our Inside Sales Representative, you are based in Dubai and report to our Regional Sales Leader for Fire Detection Products. Your key responsibilities are to provide commercial and logistical support to our outside sales team & internal support to relevant departments in the supply chain. This position will help you gain experience in various sales and sales support processes while you provide contributed to our customers and field sales team.

How you will do it

You will work alongside our Outside Sales Team to develop relationships with our handled external partners to support existing business, generate new business opportunities and promote new product releases.

You will be establishing relationships with our partners' Procurement and Logistics departments to ensure timely communication and support through to delivery.

You will learn our sales management tools, sales tactics and processes, and perform high level customer support when issues arise. To do so, you will develop working relationships and cross-functional teams within our internal departments including but not limited to Customer Service, Manufacturing, Distribution and Product Management teams.

What we look for

Required

Proven experience of 3 years in a Customer Services / Inside Sales Management orientated role

Experience in supporting Middle East based customers

Daring individual with room to grow and develop into larger role

Self-motivated, free thinking and solution-oriented

Analytical and problem-solving skills

Strong verbal communication (English)

Travel up to 10% within the region (sophisticated notice will be given)

Preferred

International logistics and/or regional trade experience

Experience of internal systems such as CRM/ Salesforce and ERP /SAP

Basic technical understanding of fire detection systems
