IT OR Software Industry Experienced candidate preferred
Customer Software Assurance & AMC Renewals:
Manage and oversee the renewal process for Software Assurance and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) with existing customers.
Monitor contract expiration dates and proactively follow up with customers to ensure timely renewals.
Quote Preparation:
Prepare accurate and detailed quotes for pre-sales, AMC, and software assurance renewals based on customer requirements.
Ensure quotes are aligned with pricing models and company standards.
Follow-up for Purchase Orders (PO):
Follow up with customers for the timely issuance of Purchase Orders after sending out quotes.
Track the status of POs and ensure all necessary documents are received to initiate the order processing.
Follow-up on Sent Quotations:
Ensure timely follow-up with clients after sending quotations, addressing any queries, and ensuring customers' satisfaction with the provided proposal
Proposal & Tender Management
Prepare new proposals based on client requests, ensuring alignment with customer expectations and internal standards.
Attend proposal discussion meetings with clients and internal stakeholders to clarify requirements and present drafts.
Assist in the preparation and submission of tenders and Requests for Proposal (RFP), coordinating with relevant departments for technical and commercial inputs.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
