Ensure quotes are aligned with pricing models and company standards.
Follow-up for Purchase Orders (PO):
Follow up with customers for the timely issuance of Purchase Orders after sending out quotes.
Track the status of POs and ensure all necessary documents are received to initiate the order processing.
Pre-Sales Support:
Assist in preparing pre-sales quotes and technical documentation for potential customers.
Provide technical inputs during pre-sales meetings and discussions with clients.
Deliver online product demonstrations to prospective clients to showcase the features and benefits of the company's products and services.
Technical Documentation:
Prepare and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for products, services, and solutions, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
Coordinate with technical teams to gather necessary information for documentation purposes.
Follow-up on Sent Quotations:
Ensure timely follow-up with clients after sending quotations, addressing any queries, and ensuring customers' satisfaction with the provided proposal.
Project and Pre-Sales Meetings:
Participate actively in project meetings, providing support and technical insights where necessary.
Attend pre-sales meetings with clients to understand their requirements and present suitable solutions.
Work closely with the technical, sales, and project management teams to ensure smooth coordination across all activities.
