Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and motivated In-House Mortgage Advisor to join our brokerage team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting clients with all aspects of the mortgage process -- from initial consultation to loan approval -- ensuring a seamless and professional experience. You will work closely with property consultants, developers, and financial institutions to provide tailored mortgage solutions that meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities

Advise clients on suitable mortgage products and financing options based on their financial circumstances and property goals. Build and maintain strong relationships with partner banks, financial institutions, and internal sales teams. Assist clients in preparing and submitting mortgage applications, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete. Monitor the progress of applications and liaise with lenders to ensure timely approvals and disbursements. Stay updated with UAE Central Bank regulations, bank policies, and mortgage product offerings. Conduct affordability assessments, eligibility checks, and rate comparisons. Work collaboratively with in-house property consultants to convert property leads into closed deals. Provide exceptional post-sales service, guiding clients through the entire mortgage journey. Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for mortgage conversions and loan volumes.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field. Minimum 2-5 years of mortgage advisory or banking experience in the UAE. Strong understanding of UAE mortgage regulations, lending criteria, and real estate market trends. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients. Proven track record in achieving sales or loan targets. Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Arabic language skills are an advantage, but not mandatory.
