Job Description
- RESPONSIBILITIES (INCLUDES ALL TASKS):
- The resource should have a minimum of 15 years experience in IT Infrastructure domain with at least 10 years experience in managing large IT Projects.
- The resource should have worked in at least three project of private cloud deployment and management.
- Coordinate with Various IT Infrastructure Administrators for Implementing and commissioning of IT Infrastructure.
- Coordinate with Application teams for implementing any application specific requirement.
- Technical expertise on overall IT Infrastructure components as required.
- SPOC for IT infrastructure setup.
- Provide L3 Support onsite for any issues on IT Infrastructure.
- Coordinate with NOC team for timely resolution of issues.
- Coordinate with AP Support team for timely resolution of issues.
- Mandate Technology Skills - VCF, VxRail , vRealize suite, VSAN, SRM & NSX
- Expert in Windows Server & RHEL Linux Implementation, Administration, Management and troubleshooting
- Expert in AD, Exchange, Mobile Device Management solutions
- Mandatory Microsoft MCSE certified resource
- RHEL/RHCE certified resource
- Expert on Dell Isilon NAS Storage & Commvault backup storage
- Should have experience in managing SAP environment.
- Mandate skills of building Infra and maintenance calendar
- Experience in DR Drills
- Excellent Troubleshooting skills to fix operational Issues.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- BMC Suite administration skills TSSA, TSNA and ITOM
- Opensource Container/Kubernetes will be added advantage. (Desirable)
- TECHNICAL SKILLS /COMPETENCIES:
- MANDATORY
- VCF, VxRail, vRealize suite, VSAN, SRM & NSX
- Windows Server & RHEL Linux all flavors
- Dell Isilon NAS Storage & Commvault backup storage
- Security Vulnerability tracking and remediation
- OPTIONAL & Certification
- VMWare, MCSE, ITIL, RHEL & Cloud Certifications
- SOFT SKILLS:
- MANDATORY
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong sense of Accountability to complete tasks
- Willingness to Adopt and Learn New Technology and Solutions
